I built a custom chatbot for Graana that helps users explore properties through natural language. Users can ask questions like location, budget, and property type, and the chatbot responds with helpful guidance and relevant matching results.

The experience is designed to be embedded into the website, combining conversational Q&A with real listing discovery.
